Elena Rusetskaia represents the Women’s Information Center (WIC), a leading civil society organization in Georgia focused on gender equality, women’s empowerment, and democratic development.

She has extensive experience in advocacy, public policy, and community engagement, working to strengthen women’s participation in decision-making processes at local and national levels. Her work addresses issues such as gender-based violence prevention, civic participation, and inclusive governance.

Through her involvement in national and regional initiatives, she contributes to advancing gender equality and fostering cooperation across the South Caucasus.
